Your Health Visitor will see you before you are due to give birth. Some women may require additional Health Visiting
before birth. Your Midwife will identify any needs and liaise with the Health Visitors to ensure you receive the necessary care.
Your care will be transferred from your midwife to your Health Visitor a few weeks after you have given birth. They work closely together to ensure you receive optimum, consistent care.
